SHIPPING & DELIVERY
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We are based in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia! All orders will ship from Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
ALL ITEMS ARE PRE-ORDER. We do not have pre-made stocks. All items are made by order. Production for each order usually take 1-5 days (depends on order schedules) after payments are made at checkout. Items will be delivered immediately once completed.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on your location and shipping method. Shipping times are only estimates and exclude holidays, weekends and unforeseen postal delays. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to expedite it.
Malaysia – 1 to 7 days
Internationally – 7 to 30 days
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation to track your parcel. All Malaysia orders will be deliver by Poslaju, Singapore Teleport and Flexipack for rest of the world.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?
All orders are processed in MYR (Malaysia Ringgit) at the most current exchange rate.
MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?
Oh no! We’re so sorry – we know how much of a bummer this is. Although we inspect each item before and package them with care, damages and defects may happen.
If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at info@beejooz.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!
DO YOU OFFER GIFT PACKAGING?
Yes, every order come with a set of 1 packed box. If you need additional gift box, they can be purchase at “Add on”.
You can also ship a package directly to the recipient. Just enter their information in the shipping address upon checkout.
We also provide complimentary gift card. Just fill in the message that you would like to send to your friend at the note column during check out. We will print the message on a gift card and insert it in the package.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELS?
- Avoid contact with liquids, perfumes, lotions, perspiration, and water as they can dull your pieces and cause them to wear quickly.
- Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, and sleeping to reduce impact and friction.
- Clean jewellery by patting it with a dry and soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
- Keep your jewellery safe from sharp objects to avoid bumping or scratching.
- Store your jewellery in a pouch or box when not in use, away from direct heat and sunlight.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE OF?
All Beejooz’s jewellery comes with 18k real gold plated finishing.
- 18k real gold plating is a layer of thick gold plating applied over brass. It is generally hypoallergenic, but its suitability depends on individual sensitivities.
- 18k real gold plating is generally water and sweat resistant. The plating process involves a layer of 18-karat gold being applied over brass, providing some protection against water and sweat. However, excessive exposure to moisture and chemicals may eventually cause the plating to wear off or tarnish over time. To prolong the life of the gold plating, it’s best to avoid exposing the jewellery to harsh conditions and regularly clean and care for it.
